2. Eligibility

3. Services Provided

hereits.com allows users to:

  • Book appointments and tokens with service providers,

  • Manage schedules and receive updates,

  • View and track service status.

We act only as an intermediary between users and service providers. We are not liable for any disputes, delays, or service deficiencies by third-party providers.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information,

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials,

  • Not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform,

  • Not post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content.

5. Token and Appointment System

Users acknowledge:

  • Tokens and appointments are subject to provider availability,

  • Missed tokens may not be reissued,

  • Hereits.com reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule appointments with or without prior notice.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Booking and platform usage may be free or paid depending on the service provider’s policy,

  • hereits.com is not liable for refund disputes between users and providers unless stated otherwise.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies depend on individual service providers,

  • Hereits.com may charge a nominal service fee where applicable.

8. Data Privacy

  • We collect and process personal data in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011,

  • Your data will be used only for operational and legal purposes, and not shared without consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and trademarks on hereits.com are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any damages or losses resulting from service delays, unavailability, or failure of third-party providers,

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our interests or those of other users.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

Hereits.com Partner Registration Policy

1. Introduction

This Partner Registration Policy governs the terms under which businesses and service professionals ("Partners") register with and operate on Hereits.com ("the Platform"). It forms a legally binding agreement between Hereits.com ("we", "us", or "our") and the Partner ("you") and incorporates by reference our broader Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Scope

  • Partners must be legally registered entities or individuals of legal age and capable of contracting under applicable laws.

  • The services offered should align with Platform categories and quality standards.

  • By registering, you confirm compliance with all applicable laws and Hereits.com policies.

3. Registration Process

  1. Account Setup: Access our partner interface and initiate registration.

  2. Information Submission: Provide business details like name, address, contact, service categories, pricing, and identification or certification documents if required.

  3. Verification & Approval: We will assess your submission for completeness and alignment with our standards. You’ll receive an email once approved or notified of any need for additional information.

  4. Activation: Upon approval, your services become visible and bookable on Hereits.com.

4. Platform Role

  • Hereits.com acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with independent partners. We do not guarantee the quality or timeliness of the services provided by Partners.

  • All services are performed by Partners, who alone are responsible for service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

5. Roles & Responsibilities

5.1 Partner Responsibilities:

  • Deliver services professionally, following local laws and industry standards.

  • Maintain accurate, current listings (availability, pricing, descriptions).

  • Uphold customer support via Platform tools.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and bookings.

  • Secure any necessary licenses or certifications required.

5.2 Hereits.com Obligations:

  • Facilitate partner visibility and customer access via the Platform.

  • Offer tools, promotional features, and onboarding support for quality deployment.

  • Provide guidance via documentation, training modules, or policy updates.

6. Data & Intellectual Property

  • Partners grant Hereits.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their business name, service descriptions, and media for promotional, listing, and Platform-related purposes.

  • Partners agree to Platform communications (emails, SMS, notifications) for operational updates.

7. Suspension & Termination

Hereits.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Partner’s account with or without notice if:

  • There’s a breach of this policy or other Platform terms.

  • False or misleading information is provided.

  • Services violate laws, ethical standards, or Platform guidelines.

8. Programmatic Benefits & Initiatives

While this policy does not guarantee specific benefits, we may offer:

  • Training, upskilling, or certification programs to enhance Partner performance.

  • Promotional spotlight or priority listing for high-performing Partners.

  • Operational support, feedback loops, and growth tools.

9. Policy Updates

Hereits.com may update this policy as needed. Updates will be published on the Platform with an effective date. Continued use indicates agreement to revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This policy is governed by laws applicable to our operational jurisdiction.

  • Disputes arising out of or related to this policy will be resolved through designated grievance channels—details available in the Platform’s Contact or Legal section.These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
